摘 要:目的:探讨护理管理对医院护理人力资源管理、护理质量与安全、护理培训及考核的影响。方法:在护理管理工作中实施创新管理、人性化管理等管理方法。结果:实施创新管理及人性化管理后,护理人员工作积极性得到提高,护理质量与安全得到有效保障,护理整体水平提升。结论:实施创新及人性化护理管理,可提高护理队伍的整体素质,提高护理整体质量,树立护理服务品牌,提高护理经济效益及社会效益。Objective: To explore the influence on hospital nursing human resources management,nursing quality and safety,nursing training and assessment by nursing management. Methods: Implemented such management methods as innovative management and humane management in nursing management work. Results: After the implementation of innovative management and humane management,the working enthusiasm of nurses was improved,the nursing quality and safety were guaranteed effectively and the overall level of the nursing was improved. Conclusion: The implementation of innovative and humane nursing management could improve the overall quality of the nursing team and the nursing,build up nursing service brand and improve nursing economic benefits as well as social benefits.
