品管圈在提高护士对使用化疗药物知晓率中的应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨品管圈活动对护士使用常用化疗药物知晓的应用效果。方法：选取2013年1月~2015年1月本科室护理人员24名为研究对象,2014年9月成立品管圈小组,通过主题选定、计划拟定、现状把握、目标设定、要因分析、拟定对策并实施。结果：开展品管圈活动后,护士对常用化疗药物相关知识考核成绩明显高于实施前,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,无形成果显著。结论：将品管圈活动应用于护士对常用化疗药物使用的培训和管理,能有效提高其用药知识,保证护理安全。Objective： To explore the application effect of quality control circle activities for nurses to use commonly known chemotherapy drugs. Methods： The choice of 24 undergraduate course room nursesfrom January 2013 to January 2015 was regarded as the research object. The quality control circlesteam was set up in September 2014 through topic selection,planning,current situation,goal setting,analysis,proposed countermeasures and performance. Results： The implementation of quality management circle activity significantly improved the assessment scores of the nurse to commonly use chemotherapy drugs than before,whose difference was statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05）,with obvious intangible fruits. Conclusion： The application of qualitycircle activity to nurse training and management over the use of commonly used chemotherapy drugs,can effectively improve their knowledge of drugs and guarantee nursing safety.
