过氧化氢低温灭菌对多重耐药菌患者呼吸机管路灭菌效果的观察

摘　　要：目的：观察多重耐药菌患者呼吸机管路应用过氧化氢低温等离子灭菌的消毒效果。方法：将我院2014年1月-2015年9月急诊、呼吸科、神经内科以及重症监护病房内多重耐药菌患者使用的60套呼吸机管路（螺纹管、湿化器）进行集中回收并随机等分为试验组和对照组,分别采用过氧化氢低温灭菌和常规含氯消毒剂消毒的方式。同时比较两组呼吸机管路的清洗消毒后当日及存放7 d后的细菌监测合格率。结果：消毒当日两组的细菌监测合格率无显著差异性（P〉0.05）,而存放7 d后试验组的合格率明显高于对照组,两组比较具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：多重耐药菌患者呼吸机管路应用过氧化氢低温等离子灭菌技术能够有效起到灭菌的作用,不仅可以提高清洗消毒的合格率,而且能够延长呼吸机管路的保存时间。Objective： To observe the sterilizing effect of hydrogen peroxide low temperature sterilizing toward multiple resistant bacteria patient breathing machine pipeline. Methods： Recycled 60 breathing machine pipelines（ screwed pipe,humidifier） which the multiple resistant bacteria patients in the Emergency department,breathing department,neurology department and ICU used from January 2014 to September 2015 and divided them into experimental group and control group,and adopted hydrogen peroxide low temperature sterilizing and normal chlorine- containing disinfectant sterilizing separately.Compared the qualification rate of bacteria monitoring of the breathing machine pipelines of the two groups after washing and sterilizing on that day and 7days later. Results： The qualification rates of bacteria monitoring of the two groups had no obvious difference（ P 〉0. 05） on that day,but the qualification rate of the experimental group was obviously higher than the control group 7days later,and the comparison of the two group had statistic meaning（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： The application of hydrogen peroxide low temperature sterilizing technology in multiple resistant bacteria patient breathing machine pipeline can have the effect of sterilizing,it can not only improve the qualification rate of washing and sterilizing,but also lengthen the preservation time of the breathing machine pipeline.
