摘　　要：目的:探讨耳穴压豆配合足三里穴位注射对妇科腹腔镜术后肩痛及细胞因子的影响。方法:将300例妇科腹腔镜术后患者随机等分为对照组和观察组,观察组采用耳穴压豆配合足三里穴位注射治疗,对照组口服非甾体抗炎药布洛芬。两组均采用通用的视觉模拟评分(VAS)、舒适度评分(BCS)评估两组患者术后肩部疼痛情况,比较两组患者细胞因子白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)的变化。结果:观察组VAS总分及IL-6,IL-10含量均低于对照组,BCS评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:术后耳穴压豆配合足三里穴位注射能显著改善妇科腹腔镜术后患者肩痛的情况,减少细胞因子IL-6、IL-10的表达。Objective： To discuss on the effects of combination treatment of auricular point pressing with bean and injection in Zusanli point on shoulder pain and cytokine after gynecological laparoscopy. Methods： Randomly and equally divided 300 patients after gynecological laparoscopy into control group and observation group. Observation group patients received combination treatment of auricular point pressing with bean and injection in Zusanli point,while control group patients took non- steroidal anti- inflammatory drug Ibuprofen. Used visual analogue scale（ VAS） and bruggrmann comfort scale（ BCS） to evaluate postoperative shoulder pain conditions of patients from both groups and compared their changes in cytokine interleukin- 6（ IL- 6） and interleukin- 10（ IL- 10）. Results： Observation group patients had lower VAS total points,IL- 6 and IL- 10 contents,and higher BCS scores than control group patients（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Combination treatment of auricular point pressing with bean and injection in Zusanli point can significantly improve shoulder pain conditions of patients after gynecological laparoscopy and reduce cytokine IL- 6 and IL- 10 expressions.
