摘　　要：基于当前煤矿更衣吊篮控制系统自动化程度不高的现状,文章设计的系统集计算机技术、网络通信技术、智能控制技术于一体,在电机运转控制、过流保护上通过单片机编程技术和传感技术实现人工智能控制、通过数据程序编制预置和运行环境数据的记忆及运算功能,实现数据联网通信和总线智能网络控制多台设备并网运行;通过模糊控制和容错设计,增强系统控制的稳定性、环境的适应性和操作方式的兼容性;通过智能接口实现功能扩展和计算机系统集中控制,延展了系统的应用范围.Because of the low degree of automation for the current colliery basket system for clothes changing,the writer designed a system combined with computer technology,network communication technology and intelligent control technology.By means of single chip programming technology and sensor technology used on the electric machine operation control and over-current protection,artificial intelligence control can be realized.By means of using data programming preset and memory and calculation function of operating environmental data,we can control more equipments grid-connected operation through data network communication and bus intelligent network.By fuzzy control and fault tolerant design,we can strengthen the stability of the system control,suitability of the environment and compatibility of the operating mode.By intelligent interface,we can realize function extension,centralized control of the computer system,and system application range.
