摘　　要：统战工作历来是高校各项工作中的重要组成部分,高校也是中国共产党开展统一战线工作的主要阵地之一。实践证明,统一战线是凝心聚力的工作,竭力做好高校统战工作对于全面推进高校和高等教育工作的新发展、新突破具有极为重要的意义。新时期,随着世情和国情的演变,高校统战工作也面临着许多新问题,积极探索和把握高校统战工作面临的新问题,研究相应对策,增强统战工作的实效性,对于切实贯彻党的统战新思想和开创高校统战工作新局面、新发展具有重大意义。United Front work has always been an important part of the work of colleges and universities,it also is main positions for the Chinese Communist to carry out united front work. Practice has proved that to do the United Front work well will comprehensively promote the new development of the universities and higher education,new breakthrough has very important significance. In the new period,the work of the United Front in Colleges and universities also faces many new problems,to actively explore and grasp the new problems faced by the work of the United Front in Colleges and universities,to enhance the effectiveness of the work of the United front for the effective implementation of the party＇s United Front in new ideas and create a new situation of United Front in Colleges and universities in new development have great significance.
