摘  要:电磁延迟线特性随温度变化显著。矢量网络分析仪(VNA)可测量常温条件下它的分布式参数特性,却无法测量这些特性随温度变化情况。依据延迟线温度特性测试要求,设计一套测试系统,有机连接VNA、恒温箱和工控机。VNA位于恒温箱外,通过隔热电缆组件连接恒温箱中待测延迟线,恒温箱提供不同的恒定温度场,试验法获取均匀温度场所需保温时间,测试不同温度场造成测试系统的误差并补偿,采用工控机实现测量自动化,并对系统测试结果进行不确定度评定。经实际应用,系统稳定可靠。The change of electromagnetic delay line characteristics is remarkable with temperature. Vector Net Analyzer (VNA) can measure its distributed parameters at room temperature, but can not measure the change of characteristics with temperature. According to requirement of delay line temperature characteristics, a measuring system was designed, which organically consists of VNA, the thermostat container and Industrial Personal Computer (IPC). VNA outside container was connected with the delay line within the container through two heat-insulating cable assemblies. The container produced different constant temperature fields, soaking time was got by experiments, the measuring system error caused by different constant temperature fields was tested and compensated, automatic measurement was realized with IPC, and the uncertainty of the system testing results was evaluated. The test system is stable and reliable in application.
