摘 要:采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP—AES)测定了铬镍不锈钢中锰、铬和镍5种元素的含量。试样用盐酸与硝酸混合酸溶液溶解。确定了元素最佳分析谱线,各元素的浓度在一定范围内与其发射强度呈线性关系,方法的检出限在0.0006%-0.0015%之间。方法应用于铬镍不锈钢标准物质的测定,测定值与认定值相符,测定值的相对标准偏差(RSD)在0.51%-1.45%之间。标准物质和样品的加标回收率在90.5%-108.5%之间。ICP-AES was applied to the simultaneous determination of Mn, Cr and Ni in chromium nickel stainless steel. The sample was treated with HCI-HNO3.The best analytical spectral lines were chosen for the determination. Linear relationships between the emission intensity and the concentration of the elements were kept in definite ranges. The detection limits ranged from 0.0006% to 0.0015%. The method was applied to the analysis of the standard samples, giving results were in agreement with the certified values, with RSD (n=8) in the range of 0.51%-1.45%. The recovery rates measured by standard addition method were in the range of 90.5%-108.3%
