摘 要:用硝酸-过氧化氢作为消解剂,建立了一种微波消解-ICP-AES测定葡萄籽中微量元素含量的分析方法,标准曲线方程相关系数r为0.9991-0.9999,检出限为0,008-0.125mg/kg,精密度为0.25%-2.27%,方法回收率为98.09%-101.51%。结果表明,葡萄籽中含有较丰富的钾、钙、镁、铝、铁、锌、铜、硼、锶、磷等元素。该方法精密度高,准确性好,完全满足葡萄籽中微量元素的测定要求,为葡萄籽的进一步科学研究提了供理论依据。A method for the determination of trace elements in Grape Seed was developed by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry( ICP-AES ) with microwave digestion in HNO3-H2O2. The correlative coefficients of the calibration curves are 0.9991-0.9999, the detection limits of the method are 0.008-0.125mg/kg, the relative standard derivations(RSD) are between 0.25%-2.27%, the recoveries of the method are in the range of 98.09%-101.51%. The results showed that the established method had good accuracy and precision, it can meet the requirements of the elements determination in grape seed. The grape seed contains rich trace elements K, Ca, Mg, AI, Fe, Zn, Cu, B, Sr, P and so on. This method provides a scientific basis for the further research on the value of the Grape seed
