摘  要:农业土壤样品经过磷酸二氢钙浸提,旋转摇床震荡60min。取代“沸水提取土壤中的有效硼”测试方法中的冷凝玻璃管的回流装置样品前处理方式,用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)快速测定土壤中有效硼的方法;本文采用ICP—AES代替传统的甲亚胺比色法和姜黄素分光光度法测定提取物中的有效硼含量,通过实验优选仪器参数和分析谱线,在选定波长为208.895nm测定国家一级标准物质的测定值与标准值相吻合,分析结果准确可靠,精密度和准确度都能很好的满足要求,检出限为0.04mg·kg^-1,标准加入的回收率在98.60-100.06%之间。该法操作简单、快捷、无污染,能使有效硼的分析趋于自动化,使得高效、大规模的土壤有效硼的测定分析成为现实,可成功地适用于青海海南大面积酸性土壤样品中有效硼的测定,值得大面积的推广与应用。The agricultural soil samples were digested by Calcium dihydrogen phosphate, the rotary table was shocked for 30 minutes. The condensation "boiling water to extraction in the soil effective boron glass tube reflux device was replaced for the rapid determination of agricultural soil samples.The ICP-AES and engage colorimetric method was used to replace the traditional methylene amine and curcumin spectrophotometry effective boron content in the extract The instrument parameter and analysis spectral lines were optimized through the experiment. The wavelength of 208.893 nm was selected for the determination of national level standard material value in conformity with the standard values. The analysis results are accurate and reliable, the precision and accuracy can well meet the requirements, the detection limit is 0.04 mg·kg^-1, the recovery of standard addition is from 98.60 to 100.06%. The operation is simple, fast, no pollution, and has good accuracy and precision. This method can make effective boron analysis automation, and can make efficient and large-scale analysis of soil effective boron determination to become a reality. The method can be successful for the effective boron determination of large size acid soil sample located the hainan, and is worthy of popularization and application.
