超声引导下经皮穿刺注入聚桂醇治疗单纯肾囊肿的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨超声引导下经皮穿刺注入聚桂醇治疗单纯肾囊肿的治疗效果。方法 2014年1月至2015年12月我院收治的单纯性肾囊肿患者42例,均采用超声引导下经皮穿刺注入聚桂醇注射液治疗。结果 42例患者均一次穿刺成功,治疗过程中均无明显疼痛不适,未发生过敏反应,无血尿、发热及其他严重不良反应。术后随访,复查超声均无复发。结论超声引导下经皮穿刺注入聚桂醇治疗肾囊肿并发症少、安全、恢复快、疗效确切,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of ultrasound guided percutaneous injection of lauromacrogol in the treatment of simple renal cysts. Methods Ultrasound guided percutaneous injection of lauromacrogol was applied to 42 patients with simple renal cysts in our hospital from January,2014 to December,2015. Results All the patients were successfully treated. The treatment process had no obvious pain, allergic reactions, hematuria, fever and other serious adverse reactions. All patients were followed up and no recurrence was observed. Conclusion Ultrasound guided percutaneous injection of lauromacrogol in the treatment of renal cysts has many advantages including less complications, safety, fast recovery and definite effect. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
