王晓燕治疗儿童抽搐障碍用药思路分析

摘　　要：王晓燕老师认为儿童抽搐障碍皆可归于"风",病位主要在肝,与心、脾、肾也有密切的关系,治疗上当以熄风止惊为基本原则。辨证论治:眨眼频繁者,多加白蒺藜、木贼、菊花等平肝熄风明目之品;耸鼻皱鼻者,加辛夷、苍耳子、石菖蒲;撅嘴、歪嘴者,多用白僵蚕;干咳吭吭者,当佐以安神、滋精之品,如板蓝根、桔梗、木蝴蝶;喉间异常发声者,多加合欢皮、射干、石菖蒲;头部摇动者,加川芎并重用天麻;扭脖伸脖者,加葛根;四肢抽动加木瓜、伸筋草、鸡血藤;鼓肚吸腹者,加木瓜、延胡索并重用白芍;注意力不集中者,加石菖蒲、远志;胸闷叹气者,加丹参、郁金;呃逆泛呕者,加代赭石、旋覆花;吐涎者,加代赭石、旋覆花、益智仁。Wang Xiaoyan believes that the cause of children convulsion is the ＂ wind＂ with locations mainly in Liver,Heart,Spleen and Kidney. Therefore,the basic principle in treatment of the disease should be the dispelling the wind evil factor in order to stop the disorder. The specific differential treatments are like the followings： applying Tribulus terrestris,Horsetails and Chrysanthemums to patients who blink frequently,applying Magnolia,Xanthium and Acorus tatarinowii in nose-wrinkling cases,white muscardine silkworm is frequently used in cases of pouting or crooking mouth,Radix,Bellflower and Oroxylum indicum,can be used with cases of dry cough to ease nerves and nourish physical essence,Albizia,Blackberry and Acorus tatarinowii should be applied to the cases of abnormal vocalization,Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort and Gastrodia can be used in cases of head shaking,Chuanxiong Tianma is used in treating for twist neck or stretched neck,Papaya,Lycopodium clavatum,Millettia can cure twitching limbs,in cases of bulging belly plus Papaya,Fumaric and Root of herbaceous peony; with inattention cases plus Acorus tatarinowii and Polygalaceae; Salvia miltiorrhiza and Turmeric can cure chest tightness and sometimes with sighs,in cases of hiccups or vomit use Ruddle and Inula; Ruddle and Inula can be used in treating for spitting.
