摘　　要：《思济堂方书》是清代医家贾邦秀编撰的临床方书。是书凡5卷,卷一、卷二为内科诸方,包括中风、中恶、中暑、中湿、伤寒、火证、燥证,以及气、血、精、神、痰、饮、郁、食、虫诸病的常用效方;卷三为妇科经、带、胎、产、疼痛、癥瘕痃癖诸疾方;卷四为儿科惊风、痘疹、斑疹、疳积、吐泻、腹痛、发热等诸疾方;卷五为外科痈疽及杂治诸方。其选方广博而精当,内容丰富而实用,既引录前贤名医之论述,又不乏自己临证之心得,比较充分地体现了贾邦秀由博返约、执简驭繁的学术思想与治学理念。其具体学术思想概括为审因辨证,据证施方;用方求变,圆机活法;方药既备,服法有度;汇集名方,直抒己见;医者仁术,敬畏性命。Sijitang Prescriptions was compiled by Jia Bangxiu,a famous Chinese doctor,in Qing Dynasty,with five volumes as a whole. There are internal treatment prescriptions in volume one and two including cases of stroke,shock,heatstroke,wetness,typhoid,fire syndrome,dryness syndrome and the common diseases related to Qi,Blood,spirit,Phlegm,depression,food and injury caused by living things like insects. There are prescriptions in gynecology,pediatrics and surgical treatment in other volumes. The prescriptions reflect the medical thoughts of Jia Bangxiu in syndrome differentiation,flexible application of medicines. With many valuable ideas and experiences in it,the book reflects the academic achievement of him has a high medical value till now.
