心神病证治思路

摘　　要：心神病是形神共病性疾病,其发生以脏腑虚实变化为基础,实者主要为气滞、郁火、痰热、血瘀,虚者主要为心、肝、肾阴血不足及阳虚,治疗首当虚实之异及虚实夹杂之处,分别采用相应的药物治疗,同时配合调神治神法。主要治疗方法包括:疏肝清火,镇静安神;活血化瘀,通脉安神;清热化痰,宁心安神;益阴制火,滋阴养神;温阳达郁,生阳化神以及形神共调。心神病的治疗当在辨证气血阴阳的基础上"杂合以治",强调疏肝理气,安神定志,重视形神共调,方获良效。The diseases of mental disorder is a disease closely related to patients＇ physical conditions. The occurrence of the disease is due to the changes of organs＇ situation or function,usually with Qi stagnation,stagnated fire,phlegm and heat and blood stasis in excess syndrome and Yin and/or Yang deficiency in Heart,Liver and Kidney systems in deficiency syndrome. Appropriate medication should be applied according to exact syndrome differentiation. The main treatment methods include： smoothing Liver and clear fire,easing the mind,promoting blood circulation,clearing heat and dispeling phlegm,tonifying Yin to control fire,warming Yang to desolve depression,ect. In conclusion,treatment of the diseases of mental disorder should be based on the different conditions of human＇s Qi,Blood,Yin and Yang in order to achieve good clinical effect.
