三揉二刮一捏法治疗小儿外感发热临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察三揉二刮一捏法治疗小儿外感发热的临床疗效。方法:选取外感发热患儿64例,根据随机对照原则分为治疗组和对照组各32例。治疗组采用三揉二刮一捏法治疗,对照组采用《推拿学》教材中规定的方法治疗,每日1次,3次为1个疗程。结果:治愈率和有效率治疗组分别为75.0%、100.0%,对照组分别为56.0%、87.5%,两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:三揉二刮一捏法治疗小儿外感发热的临床疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Sanrou Ergua Yinie tuina method in treatment of pediatric exogenous fever. Methods： 64 children patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 32 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated Sanrou Ergua Yinie tuina method,while the control group was treated with the method in a Tuina textbook. Treatment was conducted once a day and 3 days make a period of treatment. Results： The effective rate of the treatment group was 86. 5%,while that of the control group was 64. 9% and the total effective rate of the two groups was 100. 0% and 89. 2% respectively. The curative effect of the two groups was significance different（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Sanrou Ergua Yinie tuina method has better clinical effect in treatment of pediatric exogenous fever.
