摘  要:通过DEFORM有限元软件,对同步轧制和两种异步轧制3003铝合金板带的轧制过程进行了仿真模拟,并就铝合金板的边部损伤、轧制力和翘曲程度进行了对比分析。研究表明:两种异步轧制工艺都可以减少板带的边部损伤和轧制力;相比之下,同步轧制的铝合金板的板型最好,而异径同速轧制比同径异速轧制所得的铝合金板的板型好;综合来看,异径同速的轧制工艺更有利于3003铝合金板带的生产。In this paper,a synchronous rolling process and two asynchronous rolling processes of 3003 aluminum alloy plate strip were simulated by software of DEFORM.And the edge damage,rolling force and warping degree of aluminum alloy plate of the three rolling processes were compared and analyzed.The study shows that the asynchronous rolling processes can reduce edge damage and rolling power cmpared with synchronous rolling,but the plate shape of the latter is best.And the plate shape of aluminum alloy strip which is rolled by the rolls of different diameter and same speed is better than that is rolled by the rolls of same diameter and different speed.On the whole,the different rolls diameter and same speed rolling process is more conducive to the production of 3003 aluminum alloy strip.
