摘　　要：目的:探讨6S管理法在ICU仪器安全管理中的应用效果。方法:将6S管理法运用到仪器的日常管理中,比较实施6S管理前后仪器管理评价指标的变化。结果:应用6S管理法后,ICU仪器管理的各项评价指标均有所提高。其中,护理人员的安全意识、科室6S管理法的教育培训、仪器的日常保养、事故的发生率、仪器的消毒隔离、病区的环境秩序、流程的合理性以及应急能力等指标优于实施前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将6S管理法运用在仪器的管理中,提高了医务人员的安全意识和仪器使用时的可靠性,减少了不良事件的发生。Objective： To explore the applicative effect of 6S management method in ICU instrument safety management. Methods： Adopted 6S management method to the routine management of the instrument and compared the changes of instrument management evaluation before and after the implementation of6 S management method. Results： The indexes in ICU instrument management evaluation were increased after applying 6S management method. The safety consciousness of nurses,education and training of department 6S management method,the instrument routine maintenance,accident rate,the instrument disinfection and isolation,the environmental order of the ward,the rationality of the procedures and emergency response capacities were better than before implementation. The difference was of statistic significance（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： The application of 6S management method to instrument management improved the safety consciousness of medical personnel and the reliability when the instrument was used,and reduced the adverse events.
