摘　　要：目的:探讨设置三基技能培训小组在儿科低年资护理人员操作培训中的应用效果。方法:成立三基技能培训小组,小组通过修订操作流程、评分标准、拍摄视频、操作演示、练习指导、考核反馈等一系列工作,承担全院低年资护理人员和基础护理操作培训与考核。结果:成立三基技能培训小组后,低年资护理人员基础护理操作考核成绩明显提高,不合格率明显下降。结论:设置三基技能培训小组,能提高全员低年资护理人员的基础护理操作水平,促进临床基础护理操作规范化、标准化、合理化,提高三基技能培训效果,保障护理安全。Objective： To explore the applicative effect on three basic skills training panel in the operation training to junior nurses in pediatrics. Methods：Set up three basic skills training panel. The panel was responsible for the training and assessment of all junior nurses in the hospital and basic nursing operation through a series of work of operation procedures,evaluation standard,shooting video,operation demo,exercise and guidance as well as assessment feedback. Results： After the establishment of three basic skills training panel,the basic nursing operation assessment of junior nurses was improved. The failure rate decreased obviously. Conclusion： The establishment of three basic skills training panel could improve the basic nursing operation level of all junior nurses,promote the specification,standardization and reasonability of clinical basic nursing operation and three basic skills training effect as well as make sure nursing safety.
