摘　　要：目的：评价自行设计医用多功能治疗车的临床应用效果。方法：自行研制医用多功能车,随机选取9个科室的护理人员,通过自制调查问卷对护理人员进行工作满意度调查,对2013年1-12月使用普通治疗车与2014年1-12月使用的医用多功能车满意情况进行比较。结果：两组护理人员在工作满意度方面比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：医用多功能车设计科学合理,自由装卸、收纳清洁,降低了院内感染发生率;同时提高了护士工作效率和满意度。Objective： To evaluate the clinical applicative effect of multifunctional medical treatment trolley designed independently. Methods： Researched and produced multifunctional medical trolley independently and selected nurses from 9 departments. The working satisfaction investigation should be done to nurses by the homemade questionnaires. The comparison of satisfaction between using common treatment trolley from January to December 2013 and using the multifunctional medical trolley from January to December 2014 was done. Results： The comparison difference of two groups nurses in working satisfaction was of statistic significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The design of multifunctional medical trolley was scientific,rational and detachable freely. It could store and clean to reduce the incidence of infection in the hospital; at the same time,the nurses＇ working efficiency and satisfaction was improved.
