纸塑包装器械应用保护性包装的可行性分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨透明收纳盒作为保护性包装对纸塑包装器械实施保护管理的有效性和可行性。方法：将2013年3月-2014年2月接收7066件小件器械采用灭菌篮筐作为对照组,2014年3月-2015年2月接收手术室7285件小件器械采用透明收纳盒作为研究组,比较两组在双方交接平均耗时、每日常规检查平均耗时、使用前准确拿取平均耗时以及在下送、储存、使用前环节不合格纸塑器械类别、数量及手术室与消毒供应中心（CSSD）护士满意度方面的差异。结果：研究组双方交接平均耗时、每日常规检查平均耗时、使用前准确拿取平均耗时短于对照组（P〈0.05）,在下送、储存、使用前环节不合格纸塑器械率低于对照组（P〈0.05）,手术室与CSSD护士满意度方面高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：纸塑包装器械实施保护性包装不但可节省工作时间,减少不合格物品数量,增加手术室和CSSD护士满意度,还可以实现绿色包装,降低包装成本。Objective： To explore the efficiency and feasibility of paper- plastic packaging equipment in implementing protection and management by the protective packaging of transparent storage box. Methods： Took 7066 small pieces of equipment adopting sterilization basket received from March,2013 to February,2014 as control group while 7285 small pieces of equipment adopting transparent storage box received from March,2014 to February,2015 as research group. The difference of average duration of handover by sides,the everyday routine inspection average duration,average duration of accurate picking up before use,the type and number of unqualified paper and plastic packaging equipment before issuance,storage and use as well as nurse satisfaction in operating room and central sterile supply department（ CSSD） were compared. Results： The average duration of handover by sides,the everyday routine inspection average duration,and average duration of accurate picking up before use in research group were shorter than control group（ P〈0. 05）. The rate of unqualified paper- plastic packaging equipment before issuance,storage and use was lower than control group（ P〈0. 05）. The nurse satisfaction in operation room and CSSD was high than control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Paperplastic packaging equipment in implementing protective packaging could not only save working time,reduce unqualified articles,increase nurse satisfaction in operation room and CSSD,but also achieve green package and reduce the packaging costs.
