摘 要:从生活污水中筛选出了一株能够降解煤化工废水的微生物絮凝剂产生菌,为降低菌种的培养成本,以酿醋废水作为廉价培养基对菌种进行培养,研究不同酿醋废水体积分数、外加碳源、外加氮源对煤化工废水絮凝率的影响,并对培养成本进行分析.实验结果表明,培养菌种的最适酿醋废水体积分数为80%;最佳碳源为淀粉,絮凝率达91.77%;最佳氮源为氯化铵,絮凝率达92.59%,综合成本考虑,选择外加氮源.在酿醋废水中外加氯化铵培养微生物絮凝剂产生菌,对煤化工废水的絮凝率达92.59%,COD去除率达68.50%,色度去除率达95.60%,培养成本降低了1.84元/L.With the aim of reducing the strain cultivation cost,the microbial flocculants-producing strain capable of degrading coal chemical wastewater was successfully screened from the domestic sewage by cultivating the strain using the vinegar brewing wastewater as the cheap medium.The effects of volume fraction,carbon source,and nitrogen source on the flocculation rate of coal chemical wastewater were investigated,and the cultivation cost was also analyzed.The results show that the optimum volume fraction was found to be 80%,and the best carbon source was starch with the flocculation rate reaching91.77%.In addition,the best nitrogen source was determined as ammonium chloride with the flocculation rate being up to 92.59%.In consideration of the overall cost,the extra nitrogen source was needed to be added.Furthermore,the vinegar brewing wastewater could be used as the medium to cultivate the flocculants-producing stain with a flocculating rate of 92.59% concerning coal chemical wastewater.Meanwhile,the COD removal rate was founded to be 68.5%,the color removal rate was 95.60% and cultivation cost was reduced by 1.84yuan/L.
