摘 要:为了研究丙酮对HNS热分解的影响,用临界爆温测试系统及压力采集系统对HNS溶液的热分解情况进行了研究.结果表明,在密闭条件下,0.5g HNS的临界爆炸温度为302.1℃;5%~8%HNS/丙酮溶液的临界爆炸温度在279.2℃~299.7℃之间;随着HNS/丙酮溶液浓度增大,溶液的临界爆温会降低;通过与固体HNS爆温比较,丙酮对HNS热分解有促进作用.研究结果对HNS的研制、生产过程安全性以及了解其在溶剂中的热分解情况有重要参考价值.The thermal decomposition of HNS solution was tested by the critical explosion temperature measurement system and pressure acquisition system to study the effect of acetone on the thermal decomposition of HNS.The experiment results show that the critical explosion temperature of 0.5g HNS is 302.1 ℃in the closed condition.In a given mass concentration range of HNS from 5% to 8%,the critical detonation temperature of HNS/acetone solution is ranged from 279.2℃to 299.7℃.The critical explosion temperature of HNS/acetone solution will decrease by increasing concentration of HNS.By comparing with the critical detonation temperature of HNS,it can conclude that acetone has a promoting impact on the thermal decomposition of HNS.The research results have important reference value for the development of HNS,the safety of the production process and the understanding of the thermal decomposition of the explosive solution.
