摘 要:在钢筋切断机对钢筋的切断过程中,由于刀片对钢筋的剪切和挤压作用,得到的断口截面多为马蹄形。当用户对断口的截面有特殊要求时,传统刀片将无法加工出该截面。因而本文针对此情形,设计了切断断口为45°夹角的特制斜刀片,为加工特殊用途的钢筋提供了解决方法。同时,通过Solid Works对切断刀片、冲切刀座等零部件进行建模,并导入ANSYS Workbench进行有限元分析,分析设计的可行性。In the cutting steel process of reinforcing steel cutting machine, steel fracture cross-sections are mostly horseshoes resulting in shear and compression of blade. When the user of the fracture cross-section has special re- quirements, the traditional blade will not be useful. Thus, this paper provides a solution for special-purpose steel processing,i, e. , that is the design of 45° cutting angle oblique blade. Meanwhile, a 3-D model integrating with blade, punching knife blocks, etc. , was built by Solid works, and the model was imported to finite element software ANSYS Workbench, the design feasibility was proposed.
