《一目了然初阶》与切音字运动引发讨论的内容、性质和意义

摘　　要：《一目了然初阶》及其引发的切音字运动,从一开始就引起了人们的关注和讨论,这一讨论延绵和影响至今,大致可以分为三个阶段:切音字运动中主要围绕切音字的设计和实施的讨论;从注音字母的创设到20世纪80年代"汉语拼音正词法基本规则"出台期间主要围绕切音字运动成果的发展和巩固的讨论;从20世纪90年代迄今主要围绕切音字运动的性质和影响的讨论。回顾这一讨论的过程,对当今语文生活的建设具有一定的现实意义:可以使人们更清晰地看到切音字运动在现代语文生活建设中所带来的巨大成果和发挥的重大作用;可以使人们更清晰地认识到切音字运动在现代语文生活中的基本性质和深远意义;可以使人们更清晰地从切音字运动及其讨论中明确现代语文生活建设的科学态度和基本取向。The Easy-to-understand Elementarles and Phonetic Alphabet Campaign, from the beginning cause the attention and discussion of people, this discussion can be roughly divided into three stages： the discussion was around the design and implementation of phonetic Chinese alphabet in the Phonetic Alphabet Campaign; during the period from establishment of phonetic alphabet to the publishment of the 1980 s ＂Basic Principles of Orthography for Chinese Phonetic Alphabet＂, the discussion centered was the development and consolidation of achievements of Phonetic Alphabet Campaign; since the1990 s to date the discussion centered was the nature and effect of the Phonetic Alphabet Campaign.The discussion had a certain practical significance： can make people see more clearly great achievements and important role of the Phonetic Alphabet Campaign in the construction of modern Chinese life; can make people more clearly recognize basic properties and far-reaching significance of the Phonetic Alphabet Campaign in modern Chinese life; can make people more clearly confirm scientific attitude and basic orientation from the campaign and discussion.
