摘　　要：介绍了金川集团股份有限公司近十年来的硫酸生产技术、装备创新情况。主要总结了智能管网、多炉窑烟气混配、DS合金衬里、两段式脱气塔、"三段四层"除氟、酸水减量提浓循环利用、五段式转化、准等温转化余热回收、钠碱法SO_2尾气处理等技术的研发和应用,阐述了"四位一体"湍冲塔、双级多孔截流布气型洗涤塔、"三位一体"低位高效干吸塔、双风道对冲导流型干吸塔、槽管式分酸器、滑动底座、环道辐射布气型转化器等的研制。新技术、新装备的应用,奠定了金川硫酸资源化和能源化的发展道路。A review of the technology and equipment innovation for sulphuric acid in the last decade or so by Jinchuan Group Co.,Ltd. is provided.The R&D and application of technologies for smart pipe grid,multiple furnace flue gas blending,DS alloy lining,two-stage degassing tower,'three-stagefour-later'fluorine elimination,sour water reduced concentration and utilization,five-stage conversion,quasi-isothermal conversion waste heat recovery,SO_2 tailgas treatment based on sodium alkaline process,and the research for the 'four-in-one'turbulent tower,multi-stage multi-hole gas distribution scrubber,'four-in-one'low-grade high-efficiency drying and absorption tower,double flue duct counterflow guided flow type drying and absorption tower,trough and pipe type acid distributor,slide grid,ring type gas distributon type converter is highlighted. The application of new technology and new equipment pave the way for future growth of resource and energy for the sulphuric acid plant of Jinchuan.
