摘  要:以规范1 000 kV变电站施工图设计文件为基本目标,对电气一次、二次、土建等专业的主要技术原则进行解读。电气一次部分,对电气主接线图、电气总平面图、配电装置等施工图内容深度规定进行解读;二次部分,对系统继电保护及安全自动装置、系统调度自动化、系统及站内通信、计算机监控系统、元件保护及自动装置、直流及交流不停电电源系统和其他二次系统等施工图内容深度规定进行解读;土建部分,对总布置、建筑、结构、水工、暖通、消防等施工图内容深度规定进行解读。施工图内容深度规定对指导特高压后续工程设计、规范设计文件、提高变电站建设质量和水平、合理控制造价提供重要支撑,深度规定解读便于设计、咨询等相关单位更好理解和应用深度规定。With the goal of standardizing working drawing design of 1 000 kV substation, a detailed reading about the main technical principles of electrical primary design, electrical secondary design and civil construction design is given. In electrical primary design aspect, the reading includes the diagrams of main electrical wiring, electrical general layout and distribution equipment, etc. In electrical secondary design aspect, the reading includes the relaying protection and security automatic equipment, dispatching automation, communication network, computerized monitoring and control system, components protection and automatic equipment and DC and AC UPS system, etc. In civil construction design aspect, the reading includes the general arrangements, constructions, structures, hydraulic engineering, heating, ventilating and air conditioning and fire protection, etc. The code of content profundity for working drawing design for 1 000 kV substation provides an important support in guiding the engineering design of ultra high voltage project(UHV), specification design of documents, improving substation construction quality and reasonable cost control. The reading of the content profundity for working drawing design can provide convenience for design, consulting and other related institutions to better understand and apply the design principles.
