温州模式复兴的确定性与不确定性分析

摘　　要：温州模式是国内区域发展形态的典型代表,在认识论意义上呈现一种确定性与不确定性的理论分析框架。温州模式自提出以来饱受各方争议,存在"唱红"、"唱衰"、"唱赞"与"唱响"的多样性解读,其"在场"基于市场决定性等五重逻辑演绎区域发展的本真面貌,其"出场"依赖于政府等五种路径选择来表征其丰富内涵。面对外界质疑与内部困境,温州要抓住全面深化改革等五大历史机遇实现温州模式复兴,促进科学发展观在区域的当代在场与回归,打造温州模式升级版。Wenzhou model is a typical representative form of domes tic regional development, presenting a theoretical analysis framework of certainty and uncertainty in the epistemological sense. Wenzhou model has been suffering controversial appraisals by all concerned Parties since it was put forward. A diversity of interpretations, positive or negative, have been existent, and its ＂presence＂ is based on the true appearance of regional development evolved from five-fold logics, including market decisiveness, while its ＂appearance＂ depends on five types of paths, including government, to express its rich connotation. In face of outside skepticism and internal difficulties, Wenzhou should seize the five historic opportunities, including comprehensively deepening reforms, to realize the revival of Wenzhou model, promote the contemporary entry and regression of scientific development concept in the region, thus building the up-graded version of Wenzhou model.
