舒适护理对提高神经外科监护室患者生命质量的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:分析舒适护理对提高神经外科监护室患者生命质量的临床效果。方法:从2013年11月-2014年11月笔者所在医院神经外科监护室中抽取100例患者作为研究对象,随机分成对照组和试验组。对照组给予常规护理,试验组在对照组的基础之上给予舒适的护理。结果:试验组患者疼痛舒适、心理舒适、睡眠系统舒适评分与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组护理后患者的生命质量较对照组显著好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:舒适护理对提高神经外科监护室患者的生命质量具有明显的临床效果,值得在临床护理中推广使用。Objective：To analyze the clinical effect of comfort nursing in improving the quality of life of patients in Department of neurosurgery. Method：In our hospital from November 2013 to November 2014,100 patients were taken as the research object,they were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group.The control group received routine nursing,while the experimental group was given comfort nursing based on the control group.Result：The scores of pain comfort,psychological comfort and sleep comfort in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.The quality of life in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Comfort nursing has obvious clinical effect on improving the quality of life of patients in Department of neurosurgery.It is worth to be popularized in clinical nursing.
