摘　　要：通过酸浸和金相显微镜及扫描电镜等检测手段,对轧机支承辊断面偏析进行了分析。分别对白色斑点状偏析和网状偏析形成原因进行了分析,降低了支承辊断裂事故。By adopting the acid pickling,the metallurgical microscope and the scanning electron microscope for examination,the segregation of fracture surface of backup roll has been analyzed.The causes of whit spot segregation and net segregation have been analyzed separately,so as to reduce the fracture accident of backup roll.
