摘　　要：介绍了在100 MN液压机上采用TR镦锻法生产8L5864型曲轴的工艺设计和工艺参数,以及模具的设计方法,有助于曲轴的镦锻成形。The process design and process parameters of 8L5864 type crankshaft manufactured by means of upsetting process on 100 MN hydraulic press have been introduced,as well as the design method of die,so as to be contributed to the upset forging process of crankshaft.
