芒来露天矿储煤仓堵煤事故原因分析及处理

摘　　要：物料在料仓内滞流结拱,已成为各种类型料仓不可避免的共同弊病。本文先对芒来露天矿储煤仓堵煤事故的原因进行了分析,同时还分析了传统煤仓清堵方法,并提出了处理该事故的最优方法——空气炮破清堵。对空气炮结构、工作机理做了详细的介绍,对大型储煤仓的空气炮选型、布置方法做了详细的阐述。最后,建立数学模型从理论上对300L大容量空气炮的冲击功、喷爆速度进行了计算,为空气炮在该矿储煤仓清堵工作的应用提供了理论依据。Filled arch caused by stagnant material in the silos has become the unavoidable common problem in all kinds of si- los. The article analyzes the clogging cause of coal bunker and the traditional method of removing the coal block in MangLai open - pit mine. The Air Cannon Block Clearer which is the best way to clear the block be introduced on the structure and operational principle in detail.and make plan about the selection and configuration of Air Cannon Block Clearer for MangLai open - pit mine. Finally build a mathematical model to calculate the impact energy and the speed of spray explosion of Air Cannon Block Clearer the- oretically. The paper provide a theoretical foundation for the application of the Air Cannon Block Clearer in MangLai open - pit
