摘　　要：我国农村与城市公共产品供给中存在的供需矛盾、总量不足以及结构失衡等问题,主要是由城乡之间实行有差别的供给制度,以及二元经济结构产生的,因此,解决这个问题,不仅有助于促进城乡之间公共产品供给的一体化,而且会使城乡之间的差距缩小。本文以我国公共产品供给失衡的现状为背景,分析其产生的原因,进而有针对性地提出解决这种失衡现象的对策措施。China＇s Rural and urban public goods supply system appeared many problems, such as contradiction between supply and demand, insufficient in total amount and the structure unbalance, etc. Because the practice of discriminating between urban and rural system, as well as the dual economic structure. Therefore, to solve the problem, not only helps to promote the integration between urban and rural public product supply, but also can close the gap between the urban and rural. Based on the present situation of public goods supply imbalance in our country as the background, analyze the reasons, and puts forward countermeasures to settle this imbalance.
