摘　　要：随着政府改革的深化,深层次矛盾和重大利益调整日益触及,政府改革成为一场"壮士断腕"的"自我革命",政府公务员的改革意愿成为重要的研究课题之一,特别是占公务员总数90%以上的地方政府公务员。本文以地方政府公务员为研究对象,以计划行为理论为基础,增加考虑公务员公共服务动机,探讨地方政府公务员改革意愿的影响因素,以期为提高地方政府公务员的改革意愿,促进政府改革的有效落实提供基础性的指导作用。Government reform in China has become a self-revolution needing moral courage, thus the reform intention civil servants is the key to the success of the reform. Therefore, the increase in reform intention of civil servants, especially those in local governments who account for approximately 90% of the servants, has become an important issue. This paper, focusing on the civil servants in local governments, probes into the influencing factors on the reform intention of civil servants in local governments, based on the theory of planned behavior, in order to provide reference for government reform.
