摘　　要：通过参与由黑龙江省商务厅组织开展的"万村千乡市场工程"项目绩效评价工作,在材料汇总和实地抽检的基础上,充分掌握了黑龙江省承担"万村千乡市场工程"项目企业的实力,以及农家店、配送中心、乡镇商贸中心、信息化平台建设及运行情况。从市场机制作用的角度出发,分析了黑龙江省在建设农村现代商品市场体系过程中存在的突出问题,发现其制约因素,结合黑龙江省经济和社会发展的现实情况,探索建立符合新时期社会发展需要的农村现代商品市场体系。By participating in the performance evaluation of the Market Project in ＂ Thousands of Villages＂ organized by the Heilongjiang Provincial Department of Commerce, based on field sampling and summary materials, we get a full understanding of the strengths of enterprises undertaking the project, and the construction and operation condition of farm stores, distribution centers, commercial centers in towns and villages and the information platform. From the perspective of the role of market mechanism, we analyzed the prominent problems in building modern commodity market system in the rural areas in Heilongjiang province and found out the constraints. We propose to explore and build a rural commodity market system met the demand of social development in the new era, based on the reality of economic and social development in Heilongjiang province
