摘　　要：文章首先对目前机车车辆实施维修、保养单位和组织的变化进行了讲述。重点介绍了进行维修、保养的一些手段、方法和设备。同时也阐述了对有关机车车辆零部件进行维修、保养过程中所要执行的标准及其组织机构。The changes in maintenance contractors and organizations for current locomotive and rolling stock are introduced,with focus on the measures,methods and equipment applied in the maintenance,along with relevant standards and organizational structures implemented during this process.
