兔病毒性出血症、多杀性巴氏杆菌病二联蜂胶灭活疫苗研制

摘　　要：以具有良好免疫原性的兔病毒性出血症病毒野毒WF株和兔多杀性巴氏杆菌C51-17株作为种子,研制出了兔病毒性出血症、多杀性巴氏杆菌二联蜂胶灭活苗,并对疫苗进行了免疫剂量、免疫产生期、免疫保护期、保存期等试验,确定出二联苗免疫剂量1.0mL,二联苗在免疫后5天对兔病毒性出血症强毒的保护率达到100%,免疫后10天对兔多杀性巴氏杆菌的保护率均达到80%,二联苗分别在免疫后6个月用兔出血症强毒攻击仍产生100%保护,在6个月用1个MLD的兔多杀性巴氏杆菌攻击保护率可达80%以上,二联苗4~8℃条件下保存期暂定为18个月。Rabbit heamorrhagic disease virulent strain WF and pasteurellosis strain C51-17 selected as good immunogenicity bicombinant inactivacted vaccine were developed successful.To ascertain the safety and in-mune effects of bicombintaint invactivated vaccine test was carried out on immune dosage potency,immune du-ration and storage life.Immune dose of the bicombintaint inactivated vaccines was 1.0m L.The immune protec-tion rate of bicombintaint invactivated vaccine against RHD was 100% on the 5th day vaccination. The immune protection rate of bicombintaint invactivated vaccine against Pm was over 80% on the 10 th day after Vaccina-tion.The protection rate of the bicombinant inactivated vaccines was 100% against rabbit heamorrhagic disease with injecting pathogens. More than 80% against pasteurellosis with 1MLD of the pasteurllamulto-cida strain C51- 17 on 6th month.The bicombintaint invactivated vaccine can provide effective protection when it was stored at 4~8℃ for 18 months.
