摘　　要：本文以安徽省芜湖市为样本,运用文献梳理和实证调研相结合的方法,分析了芜湖市少数民族流动人口权益保障的现状。认为解决城市少数民族流动人口权益保障问题应从法律规范、推进户籍改革、加大财政投入、提高服务水平、加强民族融合等方面入手,以有利于我国的新型城镇化建设,建立和谐的民族关系,维护社会稳定。The paper,taking Wuhu City,Anhui Province as the sample,uses the way of combining the literature carding and the empirical investigation research and analyses the status quo of the rights and interests guarantee of the minority floating population of Wuhu City.The paper holds that solving the problem of the rights and interests guarantee of the city minority floating population should start with perspectives of the legal norm,promoting the household registration reform,increasing the financial investment,improving the service level and strengthening the national fusion,etc.and improve its relevant system in order to be conductive to our country＇s new-type urbanization construction,establish harmonious national relations and maintain social stability.
