摘　　要：现有4000 m钻机的驱动转盘驱动装置转矩小,转盘倒转速度调节范围小,不能满足钻井现场倒扣、进扣等作业需求。结合国内油田的需要,通过对相关技术的研究,提出了新的液压驱动大扭转倒扣转盘驱动装置,介绍了该装置的研制和试验情况。厂内试验和现场应用证明了该装置能够解决油田大转矩倒扣难题,且与油田现有转盘驱动装置保持通用性。There are some problems of back-off and spinner in drilling operation using existing rotary driving device,which are caused by its small torque and reversal velocity. According to requirements of oilfield and research of related technology, a new high torque back-off rotary driving device by hydraulic driving is developed. This paper introduces its research and test. Shop test and oil field test prove that this device not only can solve above-mentioned problems,but also can perfectly replace the existed rotary driving.
