摘 要:文章以豆油、桐油为主要原料合成了基础水性醇酸树脂,再用苯乙烯改性水性醇酸树脂以提高水性醇酸树脂的干燥性能和耐水性。通过不同的苯乙烯和引发剂用量进行实验,实验结果表明当苯乙烯用量为水性醇酸树脂用量的35%,引发剂为苯乙烯的3%,且分步加入时可制得干燥性和耐水性较佳的水性醇酸树脂。Waterborne alkyd resin were prepared by the soybean oil and Chinese wood oil in the paper. Alkyd resin modified by styrene were fast dry and have better water resistance. Effects of dosages of styrene and initiator on waterborne alkyd resin were studied. The results show that quick drying and water resistance of waterborne alkyd resin can be observably improved by 35 % styrene and 3 % initiator when they were added step by step.
