摘 要:在F6L913柴油机上进行了燃用0号柴油和添加新型助燃剂燃油(1号柴油)的燃烧特性试验,通过测量燃用不同燃料时的示功图,研究了无灰助燃剂对柴油燃烧过程的影响。结果表明,与燃用0号柴油相比,柴油机燃用1号燃油的气缸压力和压力升高率升高,缸压峰值出现位置几乎不发生变化.压力升高率峰值出现位置前移1.2℃A,滞燃期缩短,燃烧持续期延长:新型助燃剂有效地改善了柴油燃烧状况,在柴油机高转速、高负荷条件下对燃油燃烧过程的改善更加明显。Using a F6L913 diesel engine, the combustion characteristics experiment was carried out when the diesel engine was fueled with fuel (NO.0) and adding new combustion supporting additive fuel (NO. 1). The indicator diagram was measured by using different fuels. The effect of ashless combustion supporting additive in combustion process is studied. The results show that in comparison to fuelled with NO.0, when the engine fuelled with NO.l, the maximum cylinder pressure and pressure increase rate increased slightly, the corresponding position of the maximum cylinder pressure had little change, and the corresponding position of the pressure increase rate advanced by 1-2℃A. The ignition delay period decreased and the combustion duration increased. The new combustion supporting additive can improve the combustion status of diesel effectively. And the improvement is more obvious on the condition of high rotation and load.
