摘 要:文章针对中海油某天然气处理终端的脱CO_2装置改造方案进行了研究。根据上游平台投产后进终端新气量和组分数据,结合已建脱CO_2装置的实际处理能力,在满足下游用户气质和气量需求的前提下,通过气量平衡核算出已建脱CO_2装置不能满足生产需求。据此,就脱CO_2装置改造方案,进行了方案一"新建脱CO_2装置"和方案二"更换已建装置脱CO_2溶剂"的研究和对比,最终推荐了方案二。文章研究结论对于类似天然气脱CO_2装置的改造研究提供了一种新思路。The paper is focus on the modification scheme of the CO2 Removal Unit in a CNOOC Onshore Natural Gas Terminal. Based on the new inlet gas flowrate and components after the upstream platform put into production, the actual processing ability of the built CO2 Removal Unit and the natural gas quality and flowrate requirement of the downstream customers, the natural balance is calculated. The built COz Removal Unit can't meet the requirement of the terminal production. So the research and comparison between the Scheme One newly built a CO2 Removal Unit and the Scheme Two change the CO2 Removal Solvent of the built CO2 Removal Unit are carried, finally, the Scheme Two is commended. The conclusion of this paper gives a new method of CO2 removal unit modification scheme.
