无卤阻燃PC树脂制备及性能

摘  要:以ACS为改性树脂,固体磷酸酯为阻燃剂制备无卤阻燃PC树脂,研究了PC/ACS配比、阻燃剂及相容剂用量等因素对树脂综合性能的影响。试验结果表明,当PC/ACS配比为50∶50时综合性能最优;相容剂ACS-g-MAH可以改善产品的力学性能;磷酸酯与ACS树脂存在协同增效作用,相对无卤阻燃PC/ABS,阻燃剂用量大幅下降。The halogen-free flame-resistant PC blends was prepared with ACS resin as modifier and phosphate as flame retardant, and the effects of the ratio of PC to ACS, the dosage of phosphate and compatibilizer on the complex properties of PC were investigated respectively. The results showed that the resulting PC exhibited best comprehensive performance when the ratio of PC to ACS was equal to 50 to 50. And ACS-g-MAH could improve the mechanical performance especially the notched impact strength. Further, when aromatic phosphate used as flame retardant, the aromatic phosphate with ACS has one possible phosphorus/chlorine synergism. As a result, the dosage of aromatic phosphate in PC/ACS was decreased obviously when compared with PC/ABS.
