摘  要:应用气相色谱技术,建立了水中顺式氯丹、反式氯丹和氧氯丹的定蹙分析方法。本方法适用于地表水和养殖用水中氯丹残留量的检测。水样经正己烷.石油醚混合液提取,浓缩后正己烷定容,经HP.5石英毛细管桂分离,采用配有电子捕获检测器的气棚色谱仪进行定性定髓分析,外标法定量。顺式氯丹、反式氯丹和氧氯丹在0.500~100μg/L范围内具有良好线性,相关系数在0.9996~0.9999之间,顺式氯丹、反式氯丹和氧氯丹的检出限分别为0.05、0.02、0.10μg/L,定嫩限分别为0.17、0.07、0.33μg/L。在0.50、1.0、2.0μg/L三个加标浓度范嘲的平均Ⅻ收牢为81.8%~90.1%,相对标准偏差为2.8%~5.1%。To establish a method for determination of cis-chlordane, trans-chlordane and oxychlordane in water with gas chromatography. This method is suitable for the determination of chlordane residue in both surface water and aquaculture water. The water sample was extracted by the mixture of hexane and petroleum ether, content with hexane after concentrated, separation by HP-5 quartz capillary column. And the outflow from the column was analyzed on a gas chromatograph equipment with electron capture detector for determination of chlordane. The liner range of chlordane concentration was from 0.500-100 μg/L(r=0.9996--,0.9999), and the detection limit for cis-chlordane, trans-chlordane and oxychlordane were 0.05 μg/L, 0.02μg/L and 0.10 μg/L, and the quantitation limit for cis-chlordane, trans-chlordane and oxychlordane were 0.17 μg/L, 0.07 lag/L and 0.33 lag/L. The recovery rate of the sample range was from 81.8 %~90.1%, and the relative standard deviation was from 2.8 %-5.1% in 0.50, 1.0, 2.0 μg/L three standard concentration range.
