摘　　要：目前流式细胞术（VCM）是先进的细胞定量分析技术之一，FCM在医学及其他科学领域有着广泛和深入的应用，涵盖了从基础研究到临床诊断的多个方面。随着科学技术的快速发展，近年来我国FCM的临床研究与应用取得了显著进展。Flow cytometry （FCM） is one of the most advanced cell quantitative analysis technology. Today, flow cytometry has been extensively and intensively used in medicine and other science, ranging from basic research to clinical diagnosis With the rapid development of science and technology of China, the application of flow cytometry in clinical research and diagnosis has also made significant progress.
