摘　　要：新疆地处中国边疆,是一个多民族聚居的地区,牧区农村经济发展落后,医疗卫生条件水平低下,卫生人员总量匮乏,整体素质不高,结构不合理。为了科学合理地配置牧区农村卫生人力资源,文章提出了促进卫生人力资源发展的对策建议,期望推动牧区农村卫生事业的发展。Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Regions is located in the border areas of China, which is a multi--ethnic re- gion with backward economic development of pastoral rural areas,unsatisfactory health conditions,deficient health per- sonnel and irrational health structure. In order to allocate scientifically human resources in pastoral rural areas,this pa- per put forward countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the development of human resources in pastoral rural areas
