摘 要:目的:对比男性阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者及健康受试者体内血清睾酮(testosterone,T)、游离睾酮(flow testosterone,FT)、一氧化氮(nitric oxide,NO)、一氧化氮合酶(nitric oxide synthase,NOS)水平,探讨OSAHS对男性性功能的影响。方法:选择男性OSAHS患者30例作为试验组,选择健康男性30例作为对照组,用免疫发光法测定T、FT水平,用721分光光度计检测NO、NOS浓度水平。结果:与非OSAHS组相比,OSAHS组患者的T、NO、NOS水平明显低于非OSAHS组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者FT水平无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论:OSAHS患者血清睾酮T水平的降低是OSAHS患者性功能减退重要发病机制,OSAHS导致的间歇性低氧从而降低NO、NOS水平,是导致OSAHS患者ED的重要机制。早期诊断、治疗OSAHS对于预防男性性欲减退、预防男性勃起功能障碍具有重要意义。Objectives: To investigate levels of serum testosterone( testosterone,T),free testosterone( FT),nitric oxide( nitric oxide,NO),nitric oxide synthase( nitric oxide synthase,NOS) between patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome( OSAHS) and healthy volunteers and to study the impact of OSAHS on male sexual function. Methods: 30 patients with OSAHS were selected as experimental group,30 healthy males as control group. T and FT levels were measured by immune chemiluminescence and 721 spectrophotometer was used to measure NO and NOS levels. Results: Compared with control group,T,NO,NOS levels of OSAHS patients were significantly lower than these in control group,with statistically significant difference( P〈0. 05). FT levels of two groups were not significantly different( P〉0. 05). Conclusion: Reduction of serum testosterone level in patients with OSAHS is an important pathogenesis of sexual dysfunction in patients with OSAHS. Intermittent hypoxia caused by OSAHS may reduce levels of NO and NOS,which is an important pathogenesis leading to ED in OSAHS patients. Early diagnosis and treatment of OSAHS for the prevention of erectile dysfunction is important.
