摘　　要：高催乳素血症表现为闭经泌乳综合征,严重影响着我国妇女生育力及生活质量。溴隐亭作为我国高催乳素血症首选药物治疗已广泛应用于临床,但溴隐亭用药剂量、用药时间以及高催乳素血症患者妊娠期用药尚存争议,孕期溴隐亭对胎儿是否有影响未见大数据报道。现将以上各方面进展情况进行综述以供临床参考。The main symptom of hyperprolactinemia is actuation amenorrhea syndrome,which seriously affect women＇s fertility and quality of life in China. Although bromocryptine as the first- line treatment of hyperprolactinemia has been widely used in China,the exact dosage and time of medication is controversial,as well as the drug use during pregnancy. Effect of bromocryptine on the fetus has not seen the data reported,so this paper will give a summary of the progress for clinical reference.
