摘　　要：目的:研究米非司酮治疗围绝经期功能性子宫出血安全性、有效性。方法:选择我中心2013年1月至2014年12月60例围绝经期功能性子宫出血患者接受米非司酮治疗3个月,观察其临床疗效。结果:患者治疗3个月后血清FSH、LH、E_2、P等性激素水平明显低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);子宫内膜较治疗前明显变薄(P<0.05),血红蛋白浓度明显增高(P<0.05),治疗围绝经期功能性子宫出血有效率95%,不良反应发生率为6.7%,无严重不良反应发生。结论:米非司酮能安全、有效治疗围绝经期功血,诱导患者闭经、月经规则或经量减少,副反应小,值得临床推广使用。Objectives： To study the safety and effectiveness of mifepristone in the treatment of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods： 60 patients with perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding from January 2013 to December 2014 were chosen and treated with mifepristone for 3 months,and its clinical effect was observed. Results： 3 months after treatment,the serum FSH,LH,E_2,P and other sex hormone levels were significantly lower than those before the treatment,with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. The endometrium was significantly thinner than before treatment（ P〈0. 05）,and hemoglobin concentration significantly increased（ P〈0. 05）. Effectiveness of the treatment was 95%,and the incidence of adverse reactions was 6. 7%,without serious adverse reactions. Conclusion： Mifepristone is safe and effective in the treatment of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding,which helps reducing the menstrual volume or even leading to amenorrhea,thusly worthy of clinical promotion.
