摘  要:Ni-Mn-Ga合金是近年来倍受关注的一类新型智能材料。这类材料在磁场作用下能够产生大的输出应变且具有高的响应频率,有望成为新一代智能驱动与传感材料。过去二十年里,研究者们对Ni-Mn-Ga合金开展了广泛研究并取得了丰硕成果。然而,作为一类新型磁控功能材料,人们对Ni-Mn-Ga合金的组织结构、界面特征、马氏体相变晶体学等方面还缺乏深刻的认识。随着空间分辨的EBSD取向分析技术的发展,在较大尺度范围内对合金组织的晶体学取向与其形貌特征进行有效关联已成为可能。本文概述了本课题组基于EBSD取向分析技术的Ni-Mn-Ga合金晶体学表征的近期研究进展。As a novel type of smart materials for potential use in sensor and actuator devices,Ni-Mn-Ga alloys have attracted considerable attention due to their large output and quick response under magnetic field. During the last two decades,a large amount of achievements have been obtained through numerous experimental and theoretical studies. However,as a newly developed material,there still lacks deep insights into the microstructure,interface characteristic and martensitic transformation crystallography ofNi-Mn-Ga alloys. With the rapid developing of the spatially resolved electron backscatter diffraction( EBSD) technique,the correlation between microstructure and crystallographic orientation has been possibly made in a large scale. In this paper,we reviewed recent progress of the crystallographic characterization of Ni-Mn-Ga alloys in our group based on EBSD measurements.
