小剂量PDE5i联合西地那非治疗糖尿病性男性勃起功能障碍的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨小剂量PDE5i联合西地那非治疗糖尿病性男性勃起功能障碍的效果。方法选取本院收治的110例ED患者，将其随机分为观察组和对照组，每组55例，其中对照组单独服用5型磷酸二酯酶抑制剂（PDE5i），观察组在此基础上加用西地那非，均治疗3月后比较两组患者IIEF-5评分改变情况、治疗效果以及不良反应情况。结果治疗后两组轻、中、重度患者的IIEF-5量表评分均较治疗前明显改善，P〈0．05，且观察组重度患者的IIEF-5量表评分以及Q2问题得分明显高于对照组，组间比较差异有统计学意义，P〈0．05。经过12周的治疗后对照组总有效率为76．36％，观察组为92．73％，治疗总有效率组间比较差异有统计学意义，x2=6．142，P〈0．05。对照组不良反应的发生率为27．27％，观察组为29．09％，组间比较差异无统计学意义，P〉0．05。结论小剂量PDE5i联合西地那非应用于糖尿病ED患者的治疗能够较快达到满意的勃起硬度，同时通过对血管内皮功能的修复起到良好的治疗效果，值得推广应用。Objective To study the effect of a small dose of type 5 phosphodiesterase inhibitor （PDESi） in combination with sildenafil in the treatment of diabetic erectile dysfunction （ED）. Methods 110 ED patients treated at our hospital were selected and randomly divided t into an observation group and a control group, 55 cases for each group. The control group were treated with PDESi） and the observation group PDE5i and sildenafil for 3 months. After the treatment, the IIEF-5 rating scale score, treatment effect, and adverse reactions were compared between these two groups. Results After the treatment, the IIEF-5 rating scale scores were better in both groups and the scores of IIEF - 5 rating scale and Q2 were better in the severe patients of the observation group than in those of the control group （P〈0.05）. After 12 weeks of treatment, the effective rate was 76.36% （42/55） in the control group and 92.73% （51/55） in the observation group （X 2=6-142, P〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions was 27.27% （15/55） in the control group and 29.09% （16/55） in the observation group （P〈0.05）.Conclusions A small dose of PDE5i in combination with sildenafil in the treatment of patients with diabetic erectile dysfunction can achieve satisfactory erectile hardness fast, has good treatment effect through the restoration of endothelial function, and is worth being generalized.
